**Cake Flavors**

Classic Vanilla

Super moist, delicate texture and unforgettable flavor - one of the most requested cake flavors. 

Chocolate

The ultimate comfort food! Rich flavor and tender texture this cake pairs well with just about anything! 

Strawberry

With fresh chopped strawberries mixed into the cake batter. 

Carrot Cake

Dense cake packed with flavor. Shredded carrots are folded right into the batter adding sweetness and moisture. Spices give this cake an amazing aroma and zing!

Cookies & Cream

White cake with chopped Oreo cookies mixed into the cake batter 

Red Velvet

Very mild cocoa flavor with a slightly tart taste. 

WASC

Also known as “White Almond Sour Cream“ Cake. This cake is an altered White box cake where the best of both worlds collide.  You get the light, fluffy texture of a box cake and the taste of a scratch made cake! 

Yellow

Vanilla cake and yellow cake are basically the same thing except that a yellow cake contains more egg yolks, giving it that golden yellow color. The extra egg yolks create a more rich and tender cake. Pairs very well with chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream!

Marble

Marbling effect between vanilla and chocolate fudge within the cake. 

Confetti

White cake with confetti sprinkles folded into the batter. 

Coconut

with added cream of coconut flavors and shredded coconut 

Vanilla Almond

Similar to vanilla cake with a similar texture and consistency. The almond flavor gives this cake a strong, sweet, taste. 

Lemon

Very tender and moist cake flavored with fresh lemon juice and zest. Could almost be called “Lemonade cake”!

German Chocolate

Not your typical chocolate cake, this cake relies solely on melted chocolate to create a mild chocolate flavor. Traditionally frosted with a caramel coconut pecan frosting. 

Lemon Raspberry

Easily my FAVORITE cake flavor. This tangy, sweet cake has raspberry purée and fresh raspberries folded into the batter. The texture is light, smooth, and moist. Pairs incredibly well with the raspberry Swiss Merengue buttercream. 

Lemon Blueberry

Tender and amazingly fresh cake with a kick of lemons and fresh blueberries folded into the cake batter. 

Champagne

Baked with Brut champagne this cake has a distinct taste that has notes of sweet vanilla flavor with a bit of tangy-ness mixed in. For those that are concerns with alcohol: for 6“ and 8” cakes layers, the cake will retain about 10% of the alcohol content. 10″ or larger cake layers the alcohol will bake out.

Black Velvet

Chocolate cake with a velvety texture made with black cocoa powder.

White Velvet

Made with buttermilk and is similar to the vanilla cake, but is more tender and mild in flavor. 

Cappuccino

Coffee lovers dream! This cake is made with freshly brewed espresso right here in house! 


**Frosting Flavors**

Vanilla

Strawberries & Cream

Made with fresh strawberries, this frosting will be pink in color. Because of the fresh fruit, this frosting will require refrigeration. 

Lemon

Made with fresh squeezed lemon juice, the frosting tastes similar to lemon Sherbet!  

Cookies & Cream

Everybody’s favorite Oreo cookie, finely ground and added to the buttercream mixture. *Please note that this frosting will be a gray color. 

Salted Caramel

Marshmallow

A birthday party favorite! Very sweet buttercream with a “marshmallow-ey” kick!

Cream Cheese

Classic favorite that pairs well with carrot cake, red velvet even strawberry cake! Please note that this frosting will require refrigeration due to the cream cheese ingredient and is only good at room temperature for 2 hours.
*Not recommend for Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Raspberry

Made with fresh raspberries, this frosting will be pink in color. Because of the fresh fruit, this frosting will require refrigeration. 

White Chocolate

Also a very sweet buttecream, but is a great alternate for those who want chocolate AND colored frosting!

Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Very light and ”silky” texture, not too sweet, made with a cooked egg white and butter base.

**Specialty Cakes**

Rocky Road Cake

Chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache drip. Filled and topped with mini marshmallows and almonds. 

S’mores Cake

Chocolate cake, marshmallow buttercream, chocolate ganache drip and graham cracker toppings. 

Italian Cream Cake

Vanilla almond flavored cake with coconut and pecans baked into the batter, frosted with cream cheese buttercream and coated with toasted shredded coconut and chopped pecans. 

Better Than Sex Cake (Sheet Cake)

Chocolate cake, homemade caramel sauce, whipped cream frosting, topped with your choice of Heath Bars, chocolate chips, and/or nuts.*
