1. Orders are not confirmed until a deposit of supply costs plus 50% of cake cost is paid. 

2. If fresh flowers are used you acknowledge that fresh flowers and leaves are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other contaminants.

3. If you or your representative elect to pick up cake, baked goods and/or other confectionaries, you assume all liability and responsibility of the cake once it leaves Cotton Flat Cakes’ possession.

4. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy or other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold Cotton Flat Cakes harmless for any allergic reactions.

5. Your are responsible for providing an appropriate environment for cakes(s). Cakes are perishable and are best stored in a refrigerator until ready to be served.
